DAO Governance

I led the product build of Wepublic, a DAO governance platform on a public gaming mainnet — asset integration plus the governance flows that let a community make decisions on-chain.

#Make governance legible

On-chain governance is abstract by nature: proposals, quorums, voting power, execution. The product bet was that participation follows legibility — people vote when they can see what a decision means, what their vote does, and what happens next. I designed the product flowcharts and core features to turn those mechanics into something people could actually use.

The interesting part of Web3 product work is exactly this translation layer: the chain wants precision, the community wants meaning, and the product has to speak both.
