AI Short Drama

2025-2026
An independent experiment in AI-assisted short-form drama for the Korean market. I treated it less as a hobby project and more as a content-strategy question: when production costs change, what new formats become worth testing before the market agrees on the rules?
The working hypothesis is simple: short-form drama sits at the intersection of fast audience feedback, repeatable formats, and a cost curve that AI is changing. My focus is the strategy behind the format — audience, pacing, hook, and distribution signal — not just whether the output looks novel.
Work in progress — samples will be linked here when they're public. For now, I'm using it as a way to practice the same muscle an advertising product needs: identify an audience, test a message, read the signal, and decide what to try next.
